Security Camera Installation for Businesses Across Oakland County — Every Industry, Done Right

From restaurants to grow facilities. From law offices to steel fabrication shops. We’ve installed in them all.

Every business is different. A restaurant has different needs than a warehouse. A medical office has different concerns than a car wash. A cannabis facility has specific legal requirements most installers have never dealt with.

After 25 years installing cameras, structured cabling, intercoms, and access control across Metro Detroit, I’ve walked and installed in virtually every type of commercial facility there is — and I know what each one needs to actually be protected.

Food & Hospitality

High traffic. High risk. High stakes when something goes wrong.

Restaurants & Bars

High volume, cash handling, employee areas, and dark parking lots — plus the real possibility of a slip-and-fall, a dispute, or a workers-comp claim that comes down to the footage. We install cameras, audio, POS and phone wiring, and surveillance signage.

Hotels & Hospitality

Guest safety, employee accountability, high-value areas, and multiple round-the-clock entry points. Full coverage of floors, corridors, parking, and entries — with footage that holds up when a dispute or liability issue arises.

Car Washes

Equipment theft, after-hours vandalism, and vehicle-damage disputes — in a high-moisture environment consumer gear can’t survive. Tunnel, equipment-room, and lot coverage with vandal-resistant mounting and after-hours AI alerts.

Professional & Medical

Confidentiality, compliance, and documentation — in one system

Law Offices & Professional

Client confidentiality, after-hours security, and access control to sensitive areas — covering entries and common areas without compromising privacy in meeting rooms.

Medical & Dental

Patient privacy, controlled-substance storage, and after-hours protection. Every placement is discussed with the practice owner to cover the right areas without compromising HIPAA requirements.

Schools & Daycares

One priority above all — the safety of the children. Full perimeter and entry coverage, access control at every door, and intercom visitor screening so nobody gets in without being identified.

Churches & Houses of Worship

Vandalism, break-ins, and protecting the congregation and facility. Parking lot, entry, and interior coverage — unobtrusive during services, fully operational after hours.

Retail & Automotive

High shrinkage. High traffic. High-value assets that need real protection.

Retail Stores

One of the highest-risk environments for theft — employee, customer, and vendor shortages that add up monthly. Coverage of every register, aisle, entry, and blind spot, plus POS wiring and after-hours AI alerts.

Auto Dealers

Some of the highest-value assets of any property — vehicles, parts, and a high-liability facility. Full lot coverage with PTZ cameras, service and parts rooms, showroom, and restricted-area access control.

Auto Repair & Service

Expensive equipment, customer vehicles, and damage disputes. Clear timestamped footage of every vehicle in and out — bays, lot, parts room, and tool storage all documented.

Industrial & Specialized

Large properties. High-value equipment. Specific challenges that require real expertise.

Warehouses & Distribution

Large properties, multiple buildings, loading docks, and high-value inventory. We connect cameras across buildings with commercial WiFi, PTZ for large outdoor areas, access control, and after-hours AI alerts.

Manufacturing & Industrial

Dust, heat, low light, and large open spaces standard cameras can’t handle. Systems designed around the facility — production floors, equipment zones, employee areas, and every entry point.

Steel, Fabrication & Heavy Industrial

One of the highest theft-risk environments — high-value materials and large outdoor storage that attracts after-hours theft. Full perimeter and yard coverage, PTZ, gate access control, and instant approach alerts.

Property Management & Apartments

Common areas, parking, laundry rooms, and the liability of managing a property where incidents happen. Coverage of every common area and entry, intercom and access control, and footage when a dispute or claim requires it.

Cannabis & Grow Facilities

Michigan licensed cannabis facilities are legally required to maintain specific camera coverage as a condition of their state license — most installers have never dealt with this. We cover every required zone (cultivation, processing, storage, entries, perimeter), configure footage retention to meet the rules, and document the install for licensing compliance.

Knowledge Base

Questions business owners ask before they call

Q.Do you install for all types of businesses or just certain industries?

All types. Restaurants, retail, auto dealers, warehouses, medical offices, law firms, schools, churches, cannabis facilities, steel fabrication shops, property management — if it’s a commercial facility in Metro Detroit, we’ve installed in it or something very similar. Every install starts with a conversation about your specific facility, not a generic package.

Q.Can you handle a large commercial facility with multiple buildings?

Yes — we do multi-building installs regularly, including across three separate buildings on one property: running cameras, extending the network building-to-building with commercial WiFi, and unifying it all onto one system.

Q.Do you understand the security requirements for cannabis facilities in Michigan?

Yes. Michigan licensed cannabis facilities must maintain specific camera coverage as a condition of licensing — cultivation, processing, storage, all entries, and exterior perimeter, with footage stored for a required retention period. We install to meet those requirements and document the install to support your compliance. Most installers haven’t dealt with this — we have.

Q.Can you install in a restaurant without shutting down operations?

In most cases yes. We schedule around your hours — early morning, after close, or in phases — and because we complete a thorough site survey first, we arrive knowing exactly what to do and give you a realistic timeline before we start.

Q.Do you work with property management companies that manage multiple locations?

Yes — one installer who knows your systems across every property means consistent equipment, configuration, and support, with visibility across your whole portfolio from one app. Whether you manage two properties or twenty.

Q.What’s the difference between a commercial and residential system?

Commercial systems handle higher traffic, larger properties, and the documentation needs of running a business — more cameras, longer runs, more access-control integration, and coverage of areas residential never needs (loading docks, production floors, POS zones). Same conversation and process; different scope.

Q.Do you offer financing for commercial installations?

Yes — business financing is available for qualified commercial installations, so your facility gets protected immediately without a large upfront cost. Terms and options are discussed during your consultation. Financing is for business owners, not residential customers.

Your Industry Is On This List. Your Facility Is Next.

Every business you just read about started with one conversation

A restaurant owner who needed documentation before a dispute became a lawsuit. A warehouse manager who needed eyes across three buildings. A cannabis operator who needed a compliant system on day one. They called, we walked the facility, and we built a system around exactly what they needed. That’s where yours starts too — business financing available for qualified installations.
